Removal


1. Remove the wheel.

For more information, see the chapter: Wheel and Tire (204-04 Wheels and tires, Removal and installation).

2. Remove the stud from the axle shaft flange.

Installation


1. Insert the stud into the flange.

2. Install a suitable spacer onto the stud.

3. Using M16 x 1.5 nut (a spare wheel nut will do), pull the stud into the flange until the shoulder of the stud touches the flange.
