Door — removal and installation (Defender 2007+)

Removal

1. Loosen the door opening limiter mounting nut.



2. With the help of another mechanic, remove the four bolts securing the door to the body and remove the door.

Installation

1. Get an assistant, install the door and screw in, but do not tighten the bolts.

2. Align the door position relative to the body opening and tighten the bolts.

3. Screw on and tighten the limiter nut.
