General procedures
WARNING: Brake fluid contains polyglycol esters and polyglycol. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands thoroughly after handling brake fluid. If brake fluid gets into eyes, rinse with cold water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention immediately. If brake fluid is swallowed, drink water and induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury.
Warnings:
- Make sure that the fluid level in the reservoir is maintained between the minimum and maximum marks throughout the bleeding procedure, adding clean brake fluid if necessary.
- If brake fluid gets on the paintwork, the affected area should be immediately washed with cold water.

NOTE: Ensure complete cleanliness when adding brake fluid.
NOTE: Do not reuse brake fluid.
If necessary, add brake fluid to the clutch reservoir.

WARNING: Never work on a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle with special stands.
Raise the vehicle and place supports underneath it.
3. Remove the air bleed nipple cap.
4. Connect a clean tube to the fitting and lower its free end into a clean container with brake fluid.

5. Remove air from the clutch system
- Loosen the fitting 2 turns.
- Press the clutch pedal all the way down.
- While holding the pedal, tighten the nipple.
- Release the pedal.
6. Repeat the procedure until clean brake fluid, free of air bubbles, flows into the container.

NOTE: Do not reuse brake fluid.
Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir and top up if necessary.
8. Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
