Dismantling


1. Loosen the 4 inner latches securing the ventilation grille to the control panel trim one by one.…


1. Loosen the 4 inner latches securing the ventilation grille to the control panel trim one by one. To do this, apply uniform force to it until the last latch is released.

2. Disconnect the connector blocks and separate the cables from the ventilation grille assembly.


2. Disconnect the connector blocks and separate the cables from the ventilation grille assembly.

3. Release the air distributor cables.

from the ratchet assembly and remove the ventilation grille.

NOTE: If disassembly was performed only to provide access to other system components, no further disassembly operations should be performed.


4. Remove the hazard warning switch.

Assembly


1. Install the hazard warning switch.

2. Place the ventilation grille assembly on the control panel and secure the cable.



3. Attach the cable blocks and secure the cables to the grille.

4. Install and secure the ventilation grille assembly to the control panel trim.
