On models in the upper part of the model range, the electronic unit of the climate control system (ATS) is integrated into the heater controls.

If it is necessary to replace the electronic control unit, then before disconnecting the battery, it is necessary to connect the Testbook / T4 diagnostic device and perform the recommended actions.

Dismantling


1. Remove the left center console base panel.

2. Remove the right center console base panel.

3. Carefully release the 4 clips securing the heater control panel to the bracket, disconnect the 5…


3. Carefully release the 4 clips securing the heater control panel to the bracket, disconnect the 5 connectors and remove the panel.

Assembly


1. Install the heater control panel onto the bracket and connect the connector blocks.

2. Fix the panel to the bracket.

3. Install the panels covering the base of the center console.
