Combined windshield and headlight washer reservoir (Range Rover 3)

Removal

1. Remove the front left wheel arch liner.

EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORK, Mudguard - front wheel arch.

2. Install the windshield washer fluid collection container.

3. Disconnect the filler neck from the washer reservoir and destroy the seal.

4. Having remembered the installation position, disconnect the block and tubes from the washer pumps.

5. Disconnect the connector from the low washer fluid level sensor.

6. Disconnect the ventilation tube from the tank.

7. Unscrew the 2 bolts securing the tank to the body and release the tank from the front mount.

8. Remove the washer pumps from the reservoir and destroy the seal.

Installation

1. Clean the mounting surfaces of the pumps and tank.

2. Install new seals on the pumps and install the pumps into the tank.

3. Position the tank on the body, install the bolts and tighten to 3 Nm.

4. Connect the ventilation tube.

5. Connect the connector to the low fluid level sensor in the washer reservoir.

6. Connect the shoe and tubes to the pumps.

7. Clean the mating surfaces of the filler neck and tank.

8. Install the seal on the filler neck and attach it to the tank.

9. Pour liquid into the reservoir.

10. Install the fender liner.
