Glow plug — removal and installation (Defender 2007+)

Removal

1. Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.

2. Remove the intake manifold.

3. Release the glow plug wiring harness. Unscrew the 4 nuts.



4. Remove the glow plugs.

Installation

1. Install the components in the reverse order of disassembly. Tighten (tightening torque 13 Nm).



2. Tighten (tightening torque 2 Nm).
