1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Disconnect the generator.

3. Remove the windshield.

4. Remove the upper luggage compartment door.

5. Remove the luggage compartment door opening seal.

6. Remove both front seats.

7. Remove the rear seat cushion.

8. Remove the headliner.

1. Remove damaged panels, prepare joint edges and install new panels in accordance with the Body…


1. Remove damaged panels, prepare joint edges and install new panels in accordance with the Body Panel Repair Rules. Punch or drill holes in the panel to be installed for the plug weld, as shown in the figure.

Assembly


1. Install and secure the wire harnesses running along the vehicle ceiling.

2. Install the roof hatch.

3. Install the windshield.

4. Hang the upper tailgate.

5. Install the luggage compartment door opening seal.



6. Install the headliner.

7. Install the rear seat cushion.

8. Install both front seats.

9. Connect the generator.

10. Connect the negative battery terminal.
