Removing
1. Turn out four bolts of fastening of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to back section of the lower protection.
2. Remove the 6 bolts securing the rear section of the bottom guard to the chassis.
3. Remove the rear section of the bottom guard.
4. On both sides, remove the bolts, washers and nuts securing the lower support brackets of the tow bar and towing eyes to the chassis.
5. Remove the four bolts and spring washers securing the towbar center support bracket to the chassis.
6. Turn out both bolts of fastening of two adjusting tubes of a tow beam in a crossbeam of the chassis.
7. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the top basic arms of a towing beam to the chassis.
8. Call an assistant and remove the tow bar from the chassis.
Installation
1. Have a second person raise the towbar and install both tubes into the drawbeam.
2. Attach the top tow bar support brackets to the chassis, but do not fully tighten the fasteners.
3. Attach the tow bar mounting tubes to the rear of the chassis and tighten the bolts to 25 Nm.
4. Attach the center support bracket of the tow bar to the underside of the chassis and tighten the bolts to 25 Nm.
5. Install the towing eyelets on the bottom support brackets and attach to the chassis. Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm.
6. Fully tighten the towing bar upper support bracket bolts to 25 Nm.
7. Install rear bottom guard and bolt to chassis.
8. Screw in the bolts of the rear anti-roll bar and tighten them to 30 Nm.
