Dismantling


1. Open the rear door, remove the Torx screw access cover and remove it.


1. Open the rear door, remove the Torx screw access cover and remove it.

CAUTION: Always take care not to damage the paintwork before removing/installing trims, panels or bumpers.


2. Carefully release the 7 clips of the door trim panel, loosen and separate the adhesive tape on the edge of the panel.

3. Carefully remove the decorative trim.

NOTE: If disassembly was performed only to provide access to other system components, no further disassembly operations should be performed.


4. Remove the door trim clips.

5. Remove the seal from the decorative door trim.

Assembly


1. Install the seal on the decorative door trim.

2. Install the clips onto the control panel trim.

3. Clean the door trim and surface, remove all traces of adhesive tape.

4. Position and secure the adhesive tape to the edge of the trim.

5. Remove the protective strip from the double-sided adhesive tape.

6. Place the cover on the door and press it down.

7. Secure the cover with a screw and snap the clips into place.
