Rear Door Trim Panel (Freelander 2)

Removal

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to procedure: Specifications (414-00 Charging System - General Information, Specifications).



3. Remove the rear door trim panel.



4. Remove the inside rear door latch release handle.

NOTE: Do not perform further disassembly if the component is removed only for access.

Installation

1. Install the window control switch.

2. Install the inside rear door latch release handle.

3. Install the clamps.

4. Install the rear door trim panel.

5. Install the handrail cover.

6. Connect the ground cable to the battery. Refer to Procedure: Specifications (414-00 Charging System - General Information, Specifications).
