C-pillar trim panel (Freelander 2)

NOTE: The removal procedure description may contain installation steps.

Removal

1. Release the lower seat belt anchor. Tightening torque: 40 Nm

WARNING: Use a new bolt.

2. Release the rear door seal.



3. Release the rear side trim panel.



4. Remove the C-pillar trim panel. Tightening torque: 3 Nm

WARNING: Use a new bolt.

NOTE: Do not perform further disassembly if the component is removed only for access.

Installation

1. When installing, perform the removal procedure in reverse order.
