Dismantling


1. Lower the door glass.

2. Remove the plastic shield from the door panel.

3. Remove the 2 clips securing the upper door window trim, disconnect the connector from the…


3. Remove the 2 clips securing the upper door window trim, disconnect the connector from the anti-jam mechanism connector and remove the trim.

4. Remove the 3 Torx screws securing the rear window guide to the door frame.


4. Remove the 3 Torx screws securing the rear window guide to the door frame.

5. Remove the guide from the door and move the seal to the side.

6. Remove the Torx screws securing the glass to the window regulator.


6. Remove the Torx screws securing the glass to the window regulator.



7. Remove the glass.

Assembly


1. Position the glass on the window regulator, install the screws and tighten them to a torque of 10 Nm.

2. Install the glass guide in place and secure it with screws.

3. Install and secure the glass guide seal.

4. Connect the block to the connector, install and secure the door window opening trim.

5. Install the door panel plastic shield.

6. Raise and lower the window to check the operation of the window regulator.
