Secondary Air Injection (SAI) Pump Relay (Range Rover 3)

Removal

1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.



2. Remove the 10 Allen screws securing the ECU housing cover and remove the cover.



3. Remove the auxiliary air pump relay from the housing and disconnect the connector.

Installation

1. Connect the connector to the auxiliary air pump relay and secure the relay in the housing.

2. Install the ECU housing cover and tighten the Allen screws to 2 N·m (1.5 ft·lbs).

3. Connect the ground cable of the battery.
