Adjustments — accelerator cable (fuel injection pump lever) (Discovery 1)

1. Loosen the cable adjustment nut.

2. Keep the accelerator lever in the fully closed position (idle speed).

3. Adjust the position of the sheath so that the cable deflection is 1.57 mm.

4. Check that the lever moves to the fully open position when the pedal is fully depressed.
