Engine control unit
The control unit is located at the driver's feet near the "A" pillar below the dashboard. The block connector has 55 pins.
The control unit generates signals to change the amount of fuel supplied, the injection advance angle, and exhaust gas recirculation.
Needle lift sensor
The inductive sensor is built into the injector of the 4th cylinder. The sensor is included in the injection advance control system using a feedback circuit.
Air flow sensor
The sensor is installed on the wheel arch bracket. The sensor signals are the main ones for calculating the amount of fuel supplied.
Speed sensor
The sensor is installed on the flywheel housing. The sensor signals are used to determine the rotation speed and position of the crankshaft.
Vehicle speed sensor
The sensor is installed on the transfer case behind the transmission brake. The electronic speedometer operates based on the sensor signals and prevents a sharp increase in load when quickly pressing the accelerator pedal in certain driving modes.
Brake and clutch switches
The sensors are installed on the corresponding control pedals. They serve to ensure the safety of the system and limit the fuel supply during braking.
"Injection pump lever" position sensor (electronic pedal)
The sensor signals determine the fuel supply required by the driver (i.e. engine power). The sensor has a built-in idle switch.
Boost pressure sensor
The sensor is installed on the engine compartment bulkhead. The fuel supply cycle is adjusted based on the sensor signals.
Electropneumatic modulator
The modulator is mounted on the wing in front of the air filter. The modulator controls the opening and closing of the EGR valve.
Temperature sensors
Based on the sensor signals, the fuel supply cycle is adjusted.
