Speed control system switch (Freelander 2)

Removal

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to procedure: Specifications (414-00, Specifications).

2. Secure the SRS system. Refer to procedure: Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering and Repowering (501-20, General Procedures).

3. Remove the driver air bag module. Refer to procedure: Driver Air Bag Module (501-20, Removal and Installation).

4. Remove the 2 Torx screws. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installation

1. Install the elements back in place in reverse order.
