The cruise control system maintains the set speed selected by the driver until it is suspended or cancelled, also at the driver's command; the system is controlled by the ECM module.
The cruise control system includes the following elements:
- Speed setting switch +/-.
- RESUME switch.
- CANCEL switch.
In addition, the system uses:
- ECM module
- Brake light switch
- APP sensor
- Clutch switch
The ECM controls the set speed by varying engine speed/torque and requesting a gear shift (automatic transmission only).
