
2. Turn off the ignition and disconnect the sensor connector.
3. Measure the resistance between terminals 1 and 3 of the connector. The resistance should be 1 - 1.05 kOhm.
4. Measure the resistance between terminals 1 and 2 of the connector. The resistance should be 900 ohms.
5. If the resistance is normal, connect the connector.
6. If not, loosen the two screws securing the sensor.
7. Turn the sensor to set the required resistance and tighten the screws.
8. Recheck the sensor installation and connect the connector.
