Removal
1. Remove the exhaust manifold together with the turbocharger
2. Unscrew the two nuts securing the drive diaphragm to the turbocharger bracket.
3. Remove the drive hose.
4. Remove and discard the retaining ring that secures the drive rod to the valve lever.
5. Remove the drive.
Installation
6. Install the drive and secure with nuts.
7. Turn the valve lever fully towards the actuator and hold it in this position.
8. Create a pressure of 570 - 620 mmHg on the drive.
9. By rotating the threaded rod length compensator, adjust the rod so that it fits freely onto the valve lever, secure the rod with a new retaining ring.
10. Relieve pressure from the drive and tighten the threaded compensator locknut.

11. Install the turbocharger and exhaust manifold on the engine.
