Accelerator pedal position sensor (Range Rover 3)

Dismantling

1. Release the sensor from the mount, disconnect the connector and remove the sensor.

2. Remove the sensor mount from the brake pedal bracket.

Assembly

1. Install the sensor mount onto the pedal bracket.

2. Bring the sensor to its standard location, connect the connector and install it in the mount.

3. Make sure the sensor contacts the pedal protrusion when the pedal is in the free position.

4. If a new sensor has been installed, reconfigure the control system using the TestBook/T4 device.
