Temperature sensor in the junction box (Range Rover 3)

Dismantling

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.



2. Remove the 10 screws securing the cover of the mounting box and remove the cover.



3. Disconnect the connector from the temperature sensor in the junction box.

4. Remove the temperature sensor in the junction box.

Assembly

1. Install the temperature sensor into the mounting box.

2. Connect the connector to the temperature sensor of the junction box.

3. Install the cover of the mounting box, screw in the screws and tighten them to a torque of 2 N·m.



4. Connect the negative battery terminal.

5. If a new sensor was installed, reconfigure the control system.
