Coolant temperature sensor (Discovery 1)

1. Disconnect the battery.



2. Disconnect the sensor connector.

3. Unscrew the sensor.

4. Dry the sensor seat.

5. Install a new sealing washer.

6. Tighten the sensor to the recommended torque.

8. Start the engine and check for leaks.
