Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Remove a noise-insulating casing of the engine.
ENGINE TD6, REPAIR WORKS, Soundproofing engine cover.
3. Disconnect the connector from the camshaft position sensor (CMP).
4. Loosen the hexagon socket screw that the sensor (CMP) attached to the valve cover.
5. Remove the camshaft position sensor (CMP) discard the sealing washer.
Assembly
1. Wipe the camshaft position sensor and mating surfaces.
2. Install on the sensor (CMP) new seal, insert it and tighten the fixing screw. Tightening torque 8 Nm.
3. Connect the connector to the camshaft position sensor (CMP).
4. Replace the engine soundproof cover.

5. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
6. If a new sensor has been installed, reconfigure the control system using the TestBook/T4.
