Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Disconnect the generator.
3. Remove the lower tailgate.
4. Remove the luggage compartment door opening seal.
5. Remove the rear bumper beam.
EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORK, Bumper beam - rear.
6. Remove the coupling device.
7. Remove the exhaust system assembly.
EXHAUST MANIFOLD AND EXHAUST SYSTEM: Td6 engine, REPAIR WORK, Exhaust system and suspension of system components.
8. Remove both rear lights as an assembly.
LIGHTING, REPAIR WORK, Rear combination light.
9. Remove the air supply device.
FRONT SUSPENSION, REPAIR WORK, Compressor unit.
10. Remove the left and right rear lower trims.

11. Remove the luggage compartment carpet.
12. Release the wiring harness from the bottom of the luggage compartment door opening and move it to the side.
Repair works
1. Remove damaged panels, prepare joint edges and install new panels in accordance with the Body Panel Repair Rules. Punch or drill holes in the panel to be installed for the plug weld, as shown in the figure.
Assembly
1. Secure the wires running along the bottom of the luggage compartment door opening.
2. Lay down the luggage compartment carpet.
3. Install the left and right rear lower trims.
4. Install the air supply device.
FRONT SUSPENSION, REPAIR WORK, Compressor unit.
5. Reinstall both rear light assemblies.
LIGHTING, REPAIR WORK, Rear combination light.
6. Hang the lower tailgate.
7. Install the luggage compartment door opening seal.
8. Install the rear bumper beam.
EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORK, Bumper beam - rear.
9. Install the coupling device.
10. Reinstall the exhaust system assembly.
EXHAUST MANIFOLD AND EXHAUST SYSTEM: Td6 engine, REPAIR WORK, Exhaust system and suspension of system components.
11. Connect the generator.
12. Connect the negative battery terminal.
