Dismantling


1. Remove the seat base cover.

3. Remove the Torx screw connecting the backrest and seat cushion frames and separate the frames…


3. Remove the Torx screw connecting the backrest and seat cushion frames and separate the frames from each other.

4. Disconnect the connector from the seat heating system.

5. Separate the seat cushion upholstery from the side and front trims.

6. Lift the seat cover and cushion and remove and discard the Torx screw securing the seat belt…


6. Lift the seat cover and cushion and remove and discard the Torx screw securing the seat belt support to the vehicle frame.



7. Pull the seat belt through the seat cushion and upholstery and remove the seat base.

8. Remove the rear backrest trim.

9. Remove the front armrest trim assembly.

10. Remove the 2 screws securing the seat belt cover and remove the cover.

11. Remove the pads securing the cushion upholstery to the sides and base of the frame.

12. Carefully release the 4 fastening clips of the seat locking button cover and remove the cover.

13. Remove the upholstery and back cushion to gain access to the headrest guides.

14. Release the 3 fasteners securing the headrest guides to the seat frame and remove the guides.

15. Remove the upholstery and cushion assembly from the frame and pull the belt through the cushion.



16. Remove and discard the Torx screw securing the retractor spool to the frame and remove the…


16. Remove and discard the Torx screw securing the retractor spool to the frame and remove the retractor spool.

Assembly


1. Install the retractor coil, install the Torx screw and tighten it to 48 Nm.

2. Pass the belt through the upholstery and cushion and install the cushion assembly onto the seat frame.

3. Install and secure the headrest guides into the seat back.

4. Install and secure the seat locking button cover.

5. Attach the cushion cover mounting tabs to the side and base of the frame.

6. Position the seat belt pad and secure it with screws.

7. Install the rear backrest trim.

8. Install the front trim assembly with the armrest.

SEATS, REPAIR WORK, Front rear seat armrest trim.


9. Route the seat belt through the upholstery and cushion assembly.

10. Position the seat belt on the frame, install the Torx screw and tighten it to 48 Nm.

11. Attach the seat upholstery to the sides and front of the seat.

12. Align the backrest frame and seat cushion frame, install the Torx screw on the left side and tighten it to 25 Nm.

13. Connect the connector to the seat heating device connector.



14. Install the seat folding mechanism.
