Dismantling


1. Remove the lower D-pillar trim.

CAR INTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORK, Trim - "D" pillar - lower.


2. Remove the Torx screw securing the lower seat belt support and remove the upper D-pillar trim.


2. Remove the Torx screw securing the lower seat belt support and remove the upper D-pillar trim.

3. Remove the Torx nut securing the seat belt to the upper support on the D-pillar.

4. Remove the Torx screw securing the seat belt guide.

5. Release the retractor coil from the guide bracket and remove the coil.

Assembly


1. Install the retractor coil onto the guide bracket.

2. Install the retractor spool mounting Torx screw and tighten it to 31 N·m (22 ft·lbs).

3. Connect the end of the seat belt to the upper support on the D-pillar and tighten the Torx nut of the seat belt mounting to 31 N·m.

4. Pass the belt through the upper trim of the "D" pillar.

5. Connect the end of the seat belt to the lower support on the body floor, install the Torx screw and tighten it to 31 N·m.
