Rear seat back trim (right side) (Range Rover 3)

Dismantling

1. Remove the seat base cover.

2. Remove the seat folding mechanism.

SEATS, REPAIR WORK, Rear side seat hinge.

3. Remove the Torx screw that connects the backrest and seat cushion frames. Separate the frames from each other.

4. Disconnect the connector from the seat heating system connector.

5. Remove the rear backrest trim.

6. Remove the pads securing the cushion upholstery to the sides and base of the frame.



7. Carefully release the 4 fastening clips of the seat locking button cover and remove the cover.





8. Remove the upholstery and back cushion to gain access to the headrest guides.

9. Release the 3 fasteners securing the headrest guides to the seat frame and remove the guides.

10. Remove the upholstery with the cushion from the frame.



11. Release the 16 rings securing the upholstery to the cushion and remove the upholstery.

Assembly

1. Place the upholstery on the cushion and secure it with 15 rings.

2. Install and secure the headrest guides into the seat back.

3. Install and secure the seat locking button cover.

4. Attach the cushion upholstery mounting tabs to the side and base of the frame.

5. Install the rear backrest trim.

SEATS, REPAIR WORK, Rear seat backrest trim.

6. Align the backrest frame and seat cushion frame, install the Torx screw on the left side and tighten it to 25 Nm.



7. Connect the seat heating device connector block.

8. Install the seat folding mechanism.
