Dismantling
1. Remove the left rear seat base trim.

2. Remove the seat folding mechanism.

3. Disconnect the connector from the wiring harness.
4. Remove the Torx screw that connects the backrest and seat cushion frames. Separate the frames from each other.

5. Release both sides and the front edge of the seat upholstery, lift up the upholstery and cushion.
6. Release the seat heating cable connector from the retainer and route the cable through the frame.

7. Remove and discard the Torx screw securing the seat belt to the seat frame.
8. Release the seat belt from the cushion and seat upholstery.
9. Release the pin and back trim that connect the upholstery to the cushion frame and remove the upholstery from the cushion.

10. Release the 11 staples securing the upholstery to the cushion.

11. Release the 25 rings securing the upholstery to the cushion and remove the upholstery.
Assembly
1. Place the upholstery on the cushion and secure it with rings.
2. Install 14 trim fastening brackets to the bottom of the cushion.
3. Place the cushion on the frame and secure the back edge of the upholstery.
4. Install the rear edge trim fastening pin.
5. Route the seat heating cable through the seat frame and secure the connector block with the clip.
6. Connect the lower seat belt buckle to the seat frame with a Torx screw and tighten it to 31 N·m (22 ft·lbs).
7. Secure the seat upholstery to the sides and front of the seat.
8. Replace the Torx screw securing the backrest frame to the seat frame and tighten to 45 Nm.
9. Connect the connector to the seat back electrical wiring connector.
10. Install the seat folding mechanism.
