Rear seat base panel (Range Rover 3)

Dismantling

1. Remove the left rear seat.

SEATS, REPAIR WORK, Rear seat.

2. Remove the 2 screws securing the right seat folding mechanism cover and remove the cover.



3. Remove the 3 screws securing the left seat folding mechanism cover and remove the cover.



4. Remove the 6 rear seat base panel mounting fasteners.



5. With the help of an assistant, push back both spring-loaded seat hinges and remove the panel.

Assembly

1. With the help of an assistant, pull back both hinges and install the panel in place.

2. Install the clamps to secure the panel

3. Install the cover of the left seat folding mechanism and secure it with screws.

4. Install the right seat folding mechanism cover and secure it with screws.

5. Reinstall the left rear seat.
