Rear seat backrest trim (Range Rover 3)

Dismantling

1. Fold the rear seat forward.

2. Release the 3 seat lock cover clips and remove the cover.



3. Remove the 2 screws securing the lower decorative trim of the backrest.

4. Release the 3 seat back cover fasteners and remove the cover.



5. Carefully release the backrest upholstery trim from the top of the backrest frame and remove the trim.





6. Release the Velcro to gain access to the screw securing the armrest to the seat back corner pad and remove the screw.

7. Carefully release the 11 fasteners securing the rear armrest trim to the front trim and remove the trim.

8. Carefully pry up the back of the pad with a lever, releasing it from the adhesive layer.

9. Remove the cover from the seat back.

Assembly

1. Apply a suitable adhesive material to the pad.

2. Install and secure the pad on the seat back.

3. Install the rear armrest cover and secure it with the clips.

4. Tighten the screw securing the rear armrest cover and secure the Velcro.

5. Position and secure the upper upholstery trim to the seat back frame.

6. Install the rear lower seat back cover and secure it with the clips.

7. Tighten the screws securing the lower backrest trim.

8. Install the seat back lock cover and secure it with the clips.

9. Return the seat to its original position.
