Removal


1. Raise the front right side of the vehicle and install safety stands.

WARNING: It is strictly forbidden to work inside or under a vehicle supported only by a lift (jack). In all cases, the vehicle must be supported on safety stands.


2. Unscrew 5 screw rivets and 3 screws securing the right wheel arch extension to the mudguard and…


2. Unscrew 5 screw rivets and 3 screws securing the right wheel arch extension to the mudguard and bumper.

3. Remove the right front wheel arch extension.

4. Unscrew the bolt securing the horn to the fittings. Remove the horn.


4. Unscrew the bolt securing the horn to the fittings. Remove the horn.

5. Disconnect the horn connector.

NOTE: If disassembly was performed only to provide access to other system components, no further disassembly operations should be performed.


6. Unscrew the nut securing the horn to the mounting bracket. Store the horn in a safe place.



Installation


1. Install the horn on the mounting bracket, tighten the nut to a torque of 10 N·m.

2. Connect the wiring connectors.

3. Mount the horn to the fittings, install the bolts and tighten to 10 Nm.

4. Install and secure the wheel arch extension.

5. Lower the vehicle.
