Dismantling

1. Remove the fuel rail.

ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: V8 engine, REPAIR WORK, Fuel rail: removal and installation.

2. Unfasten the spring clips securing the injectors to the fuel rail. Discard both O-rings from each injector.

Assembly

1. Lubricate new O-rings with silicone grease and place onto both ends of the injectors.

2. Insert the injectors into the fuel rail and secure them with spring clips.

3. Install the fuel rail.
