Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Loosen the clamp and remove the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator.
3. Remove the dipstick.
4. Lay a fuel soaking cloth under the fuel rail.
5. Disconnect the fuel supply hose from the fuel rail.
CAUTION: Always plug fittings and openings to keep dirt out of the system.
6. Turn away 2 bolts of fastening of a fuel rail to an inlet manifold.
7. Remove the fuel rail with injectors from the intake manifold.
8. Remove the spacer from the nozzle.
9. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the fuel injectors.
10. Remove the fuel rail assembly with injectors.
11. Unfasten the spring clips securing the injectors to the fuel rail and remove the injectors.
12. Discard 2 O-rings from each nozzle.
13. Install protective caps on the nozzles of all nozzles.
Installation
1. Remove the caps from the spray nozzles.
2. Wipe the nozzles and recesses in the intake manifold and in the fuel rail.
3. Lubricate a new O-ring with castor oil and install it on the nozzle.
4. Insert the injectors into the fuel rail and secure them with spring clips.
5. Install the fuel rail assembly and connect the connectors to the injectors.
6. Install spacer.
7. Insert each nozzle into the intake manifold.
8. Screw in the bolts securing the fuel rail to the intake manifold and tighten them. Tightening torque 8 Nm.
9. Attach the fuel supply hose to the fuel rail.
10. Reinsert the dipstick.
11. Attach a vacuum hose to a regulator of pressure of fuel and fix it with a collar.
12. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
