Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Loosen the clamp and remove the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator.
3. Remove the oil dipstick.
4. Place a rag under the fuel rail to absorb fuel.

5. Disconnect the fuel supply hose from the fuel rail.
CAUTION: Always plug the fittings and holes to protect the system from dirt.

6. Unscrew the 2 bolts securing the fuel rail to the intake manifold.
7. Remove the fuel rail with injectors from the intake manifold.
8. Remove the spacer gasket from the injector.
9. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the fuel injectors.

10. Remove the fuel rail assembly with injectors.
11. Unfasten the spring clips securing the injectors to the fuel rail and remove the injectors.
12. Discard 2 O-rings from each injector.
13. Install protective caps on all injector nozzles.
Installation
1. Remove the caps from the injector nozzles.
2. Wipe the injectors and recesses in the intake manifold and fuel rail.
3. Lubricate the new O-ring with castor oil and install it on the injector.
4. Insert the injectors into the fuel rail and secure them with spring clips.
5. Install the fuel rail assembly and connect the connectors to the injectors.
6. Install the spacer.
7. Insert each injector into the intake manifold.
8. Screw in the bolts securing the fuel rail to the intake manifold and tighten them. Tightening torque 8 Nm.
9. Connect the fuel supply hose to the fuel rail.
10. Replace the dipstick.
11. Connect the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator and secure it with a clamp.
