General procedures
NOTE: This procedure is only required for switches equipped with a locknut instead of a threaded spacer.
1. Move the differential lock selector fork to the differential lock position.
2. Connect a test light and 12V battery to the differential lock indicator switch.
3. Screw in the switch until the test lamp lights up, then screw in the switch an additional 1/2 turn; tighten the locknut.
4. Disengage the differential lock, make sure that the test lamp goes out.
5. Remove test lamp.
