Fixing pad for the front part of the carpet (Range Rover 3)

This operation also applies to the rear carpet retaining strip.

Dismantling

1. Using the special tool, release the 7 fasteners holding the trim that secures the carpet to the threshold.

2. Remove the cover.

NOTE: If disassembly was performed only to provide access to other system components, no further disassembly operations should be performed.

3. Remove the 4 fasteners from the overlay.

Assembly

1. Install the spring clips onto the retaining plate.

2. Install and secure the trim on the threshold.
