Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the glove box.
CAR INTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORK, Glove box.
3. Remember the installation position and disconnect the 8 connectors from the fuse box.
4. Remove the 4 Torx screws securing the fuse box and move it to the side.
5. Loosen the screw securing the floor duct to the bracket. Remove the duct.
6. Disconnect the connector block from the resistor block.
7. Release the retainer securing the resistor to the heater unit and remove the resistor.
Assembly
1. Place the resistor on the heater unit, align it with the mounting tabs and secure with the clamp.
2. Connect the connector to the resistor connector.
3. Position and secure the lower heater duct.
4. Install the fuse box and secure it with screws.
5. Connect the connectors to the fuse box connectors.
6. Install the glove box.
