Dismantling


1. Remove the lower side panel.

CAR INTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORK, Lower control panel shield - passenger side.


2. Loosen the screw securing the floor air duct and remove the air duct.

3. Disconnect the connector block from the resistor block.


3. Disconnect the connector block from the resistor block.

4. Release the retainer securing the resistor to the heater unit and remove the resistor.

Assembly


1. Place the resistor on the heater unit, align it with the mounting tabs and secure with the clamp.

2. Connect the connector to the resistor connector.

3. Position and secure the lower heater duct.

4. Replace the lower side panel.
