Removing
1. Put the car on a flat horizontal platform and install wheel chocks under the rear wheels.
2. Raise the vehicle and place it securely on stands or use a lift.
3. Center the steering.

4. Turn out two bolts and remove a protective arm of steering draft from a case of differential.
5. Remove the cotter pin and unscrew the castellated nut securing the tie rod to the steering knuckle arm.
6. Disconnect the tie rod ends using tool LRT-57-018.
7. Remove steering draft.
8. Loosen the clamping bolts.
9. Turn away tips of steering draughts.
Installation
1. Install new tie rod ends and lightly tighten clamp bolts.
2. Screw in the tie rod ends to the full length of the thread and fully tighten the clamp bolts.
CAUTION: Damaged or bent tie rod must be replaced. DO NOT attempt to repair or straighten it.
3. Connect the tie rods to the steering knuckles and tighten the tie rod end nuts to 44 Nm. Install a new pin.
4. Connect the protective rod bracket to the axle differential housing and tighten the fastening element with a force of 30 Nm.
5. Check wheel alignment.

6. Remove the supports or remove the vehicle from the lift.
