Dismantling


1. Remove the seat base cover.

2. Remove the seat folding mechanism.

3. Remove the rear backrest trim.

4. Remove the Torx screw that connects the backrest and seat cushion frames. Separate the frames…


4. Remove the Torx screw that connects the backrest and seat cushion frames. Separate the frames from each other.

5. Remove the front armrest trim assembly.

6. Disconnect the connector from the seat heating system connector.

7. Release the cover from the clips and remove it.

8. Remove the seat upholstery from the sides and front of the seat.

9. Lift the seat cover and cushion and remove and discard the Torx screw securing the seat belt support to the vehicle frame.



10. Pull the seat belt through the seat cushion and upholstery and remove the seat base.

11. Remove the 2 screws securing the seat belt cover and remove the cover.

12. Remove the pads securing the cushion upholstery to the sides and base of the frame.

13. Carefully release the 4 fastening clips of the seat locking button cover and remove the cover.

14. Remove the upholstery and back cushion to gain access to the headrest guides.

15. Release the 3 fasteners securing the headrest guides to the seat frame and remove the guides.

16. Remove the upholstery and cushion assembly from the frame and pull the belt through the cushion.

17. Release the 16 rings securing the upholstery to the cushion and remove the upholstery.

Assembly


1. Place the upholstery on the cushion and secure it with 15 rings.

2. Pass the belt through the upholstery and cushion and install the cushion assembly onto the seat frame.

3. Install and secure the headrest guides into the seat back.

4. Install and secure the seat locking button cover.

5. Attach the cushion cover mounting tabs to the side and base of the frame.

6. Install the seat belt cover and secure it with screws.

7. Route the seat belt through the upholstery and cushion assembly.

8. Position the seat belt on the frame, install the Torx screw and tighten it to 48 Nm.

9. Attach the seat upholstery to the sides and front of the seat.

10. Connect the seat heating device connector block.

11. Install the front trim assembly with the armrest.

12. Align the backrest frame and seat cushion frame, install the Torx screw on the left side and tighten it to 25 Nm.

13. Install the rear backrest trim.

14. Install the seat folding mechanism.

15. Install the seat base cover.
