1. With the front wheels removed, check the thickness of the brake pads and ensure that both pads are worn evenly.

NOTE: If brake pads or brake disc replacement is required, this should be communicated to the customer as additional labor and/or material costs are involved and repairs should not be carried out without the customer's consent.


2. Check the brake discs for signs of cracks, severe scoring or grease contamination.

3. Check for signs of brake fluid leakage from the caliper seals, hoses or connections.

4. Using brake cleaner, remove excessive dust deposits from brake pads, calipers and disc shields.
