2. Visually inspect the fan impeller for damage.
3. Check the cooling system, charge air cooler and heating system for leaks, as well as the tightness and condition of the hoses and oil lines.
4. Check the tightness of the available hose clamps.
5. Check up level of a cooling liquid, if necessary add a working liquid.
Flushing the charge air cooler
1. Remove the charge air cooler.

2. Flush the aftercooler using Unicorn Chemicals 'C' Solve according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Dry the aftercooler thoroughly, ensuring that there are no traces of solvent inside.
4. Install the charge air cooler.

Topping up the working fluid of the cooling system
1. With a cold engine, remove the expansion tank filler cap.
2. Fill with the recommended coolant mixture up to the mark on the expansion tank.
3. Establish a cover of a jellied mouth of a broad tank.
Coolant replacement
1. Change engine coolant.
