Examination

1. Check for clogging of the radiator core with dust, dirt, insects, etc., clean the radiator core from dirt.

2. Check the condition of all cooling system hoses. Check for signs of coolant leakage or chafing of hoses.

3. Check the reliability of the hose clamps in accessible places.

4. Check for blockages in the intercooler core and remove any contamination if necessary (diesel only).

5. Check the condition of the intercooler hoses and the reliability of their fastening.

6. Check the reliability of the radiator and intercooler fastening.

Coolant level in the system

1. Check the coolant level and top up if necessary.
