1. Place the vehicle on a lift, raise it to a height convenient for work, carefully unscrew the plug from the IRD, while not losing the sealing gasket.

2. Check the working fluid level in the IRD. Before restoring the working fluid level in the IRD, check for visible signs of fluid leakage. Pay special attention to the condition of the seals of the drive and cardan shafts.

3. Install the level plug onto the IRD along with a new sealing gasket.

1. Place the vehicle on a lift, raise it to a height convenient for work and, using the LRT-41-021 device, carefully unscrew the working fluid level plug from the IRD, while not losing the sealing gasket.

2. If necessary, restore the working fluid level, and it should start to flow out of the inspection hole. Wait for some time to allow the oil to fill the internal volume of the transmission housing and reach the required level.
