Charge Air Cooler 2.7L (Discovery 3)

Removal

1.

CAUTION: Never work on a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle with special stands.

Raise and support the vehicle.

2. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery. For more information, refer to Specification.

3. Remove the radiator. For more information, refer to Radiator (26.40.01)

4. Remove the charge air cooler. Remove the 2 mounting pins.

Installation

1. Install the charge air cooler Install the remaining 2 mounting pins.

2. Install the radiator. For more information, refer to Radiator (26.40.01)

3. Connect the ground cable to the battery. For more information, refer to Specification.
