Dismantling


1. Secure the vehicle hood in the position intended for maintenance.

2. Remove the front fender trim.

3. Remove the front turn signal lamp.

4. Mark the position of the front wing relative to the body.

5. Remove the 8 screws securing the wing to the inner wing panel and to the front A-pillar of the…


5. Remove the 8 screws securing the wing to the inner wing panel and to the front A-pillar of the body.

6. Remove and save the 2 nylon vertical mount inserts.

7. Remove the side repeater light from the front fender.

LIGHTING, REPAIR WORK, Front combination lamp - turn signal repeater.


8. Remove and discard the 5 Torx screws securing the front fender to the inner bracket.



9. Remove the front fender.

Assembly


1. Clean the surface where the body meets the front wing.

2. Install the front fender onto the body and hand tighten the new Torx screws.

3. Install the nylon inserts of the vertical wing mounts, tighten the mounting screws by hand.

4. Replace and lightly tighten the remaining mounting screws.

5. Adjust the position of the wing in accordance with the marks made earlier and tighten the screws to a torque of 10 Nm.

6. Reinstall the front fender trim.

7. Install the front turn signal light.

8. Install the side turn signal repeater lamp.

9. Attach the telescopic struts to the hood.

Не совсем информативна иформация по снятию крыла.чтобы снять крыло нужно снять подкрылок иначе потом не закрутишь брызговик.Отвести пер бампер для того чтоб открутить нижний боль фары и снять фару. После открутить крыло вдоль двери и разрезать пенный герметик между кузовом и крылом.после чего открутить остальные болты и снять крыло. Если этого не зделать то можно сломать крыло либо поцарапать соседние элементы.
