Dismantling


1. Remove the front mudguard.

2. Remove the threshold trim.

3. Unscrew the 4 bolts securing the rear part of the front wing.

3. Unscrew the 4 bolts securing the rear part of the front wing.


4. Disconnect the fender liner from the rear of the front fender.

5. Unscrew the 2 bolts securing the bracket to the front A-pillar.

5. Unscrew the 2 bolts securing the bracket to the front A-pillar.


6. Unscrew the 4 bolts securing the upper part of the front wing.



7. Unscrew the bolt securing the front part of the wing to the body bracket.

8. Loosen the screw securing the mudguard to the top of the wing.

9. Remove the fender and disconnect the electrical connector from the side turn signal repeater.

10. Remove the front wing.

11. Remove the side turn signal repeater from the front fender.

Installation


1. Install the side turn signal repeater on the front fender.

2. Attach the front fender to the body.

3. Connect the electrical connector to the side turn signal repeater.

4. Align the front wing with the body.

5. Install the bolts securing the rear of the wing to the front 'A' pillar, the top of the wing and then the front of the wing, but do not tighten the bolts completely yet.

5. Install the bolts securing the rear of the wing to the front 'A' pillar, the top of the wing and…


6. Align the wing and tighten the mounting bolts in the sequence shown in the figure to a torque of 5 Nm.

7. Align the position of the mudguard relative to the wing.

8. Tighten the screw securing the fender liner to the top of the wing.

9. Install the threshold trim.

10. Install the front mudguard.
