Dismantling
1. Remove the hub assembly.
REAR SUSPENSION, REPAIR WORK, Hub.

2. Unscrew the 4 bolts securing the brake disc protective cover to the hub.

3. Install the LRT-60-033/5 tool on the hub flange.

4. Install the LRT-60-033/2 plate. Install the LRT-60-033/9 pin to fix the plate.
5. Install the LRT-60-033/7 and LRT-60-033/8 pins onto the plate and align them with the brake caliper mounting bolts. Install the bolts to secure the pins.
NOTE: The pins must be inserted into the holes marked 'REAR'. The long pin of LRT-60-033/7 must be positioned opposite the hole of the upper brake caliper mounting bolt.

6. Screw the LRT-60-033/1 screw into the plate and press the flange out of the hub.
NOTE: This will leave the outer bearing race on the flange.
7. Remove the brake disc protective cover.
8. Remove the LRT-60-033/2 plate and the LRT-60-033/9 pin.
9. Remove pins LRT-60-033/7 and LRT-60-033/8.

10. Remove and discard the retaining ring.
11. Mount the hub on the hydraulic press base. Mount the LRT-60-033/6 tool on the bearing and press it out.

12. Using a bearing puller, remove the bearing race from the hub flange.
Assembly
1. Clean the hub and its flange from dirt.

2. Install the LRT-60-033/10 support on the hydraulic press base and install the hub on it.
3. Clean and dry the mating surfaces of the hub and bearing.
4. Lubricate the bearing mounting hole in the hub with STC 50553 sealant to half its length.
5. Press the bearing into the hub using the LRT-60-033/12 tool.

6. Install a new retaining ring.
7. Clean the brake disc protective cover and its mounting place from dirt. Install the cover and tighten the bolts of its fastening.
8. Install the LRT-60-033/11 bearing stop on the support and press the flange into the bearing using the LRT-60-033/12 tool.
9. Dismantle the tool.
10. Reinstall the hub assembly.
