Front lower control arm bushings (Range Rover 3)

The bushings of the right and left lower arms must be changed in pairs.

Dismantling

1. Remove the lower arms.

REAR SUSPENSION, REPAIR WORK, Lower arm assembly.

2. Remove the bushing using tools LRT-64-027/1, LRT-64-027/2 and LRT-64-027/3 in the direction shown in the figure.

3. Repeat the operation for the lower arm located on the other side of the vehicle.

Assembly
1. Clean the bushing and its seat on the lower arm from dirt.



2. Install the bushing using tools LRT-64-027/1, LRT-64-027/2 and LRT-64-027/3 in the direction shown in the figure.



3. Check the dimension 'A'. The projection value 'A' = 6.8 mm (0.27 inches).



4. Repeat the operation for the lower arm located on the other side of the vehicle.

5. Install the lower arms.
