Wheel arch extension (Range Rover 3)

Dismantling

1. Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery.

2. Disconnect the generator.

3. Remove the front fender.

EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORK, Front wing.

4. Right side: Remove the ECU cover.

5. Left side: Remove the windshield washer reservoir.

6. Separate the wiring harness from the wheel arch extension panel.

7. Remove the bumper mount.

8. Left side: Remove the hood release cable.

9. Left side: Remove the coolant expansion tank.

Repair works

1. Remove damaged panels, prepare joint edges and install new panels in accordance with the Body Panel Repair Rules. Punch or drill holes in the panel to be installed for the plug weld, as shown in the figure.

Assembly

1. Left side: Install the coolant expansion tank into place.

2. Left side: Install the hood release cable.

3. Secure the wiring harness to the wheel arch extension panel.

4. Install the bumper mount.

5. Left side: Install the windshield washer reservoir.

6. Right side: Install the ECU cover.

7. Install the front fender in place.

8. Connect the generator.

9. Connect the negative terminal to the battery.
